It was the best experience traveling I had. The first contact with the operator gave me confidence so i booked, said someone will send me messages informing me about my trip. This person is Zerrin Yalcin. Was all the way with me. Sending me messages in advance aboout who was going to be the driver, the tour guide, the hotel's name and everything i needed to knew in every step of the tour. Was kind, gentle, always available, proffesional, made me feel well all the trip. Drivers, tour guides, hotel's and restaurants's staffs where on time, kind and professional. The hotels have very good ubication in each place, have everything to make me feel safety, the hotels were acording to the rate and more. The food was local in every place and was really good. I specially love "Abras Cave Hotel" "is a cave" so comfy, warm, decoration is according, the room was big, breakfast there was yummy, home made. The staff was very friendly, respectful, gave tips about what to do in free time and when i asked to help me booked what i wanted they helped. It is the best experience I had with a tour. And they were very responsive when we had questions or needed to arrange something. But there was something that could be more clearly communicated before the trip. Perhaps this information was available but it wasn’t obvious, but I think important. We were taking flights between cities and there were a few flights. And the luggage limit for these flights was only 15kg. As we didn’t even know we were taking flights until a few days before the trip and we were already traveling at this time for a month, we hadn’t accommodated for the 15kg limit and we had to purchase extra luggage for each of these flights which was a substantial extra cost that we hadn‘t prepared for. Luckily we had the budget to cover this but had we known we would have packed lighter. I had a great time and had enjoyable trip in this tour. My special thanks to our tour guide Bunyamin in Istanbul who is very kind, helpful and exceptionally knowledgeable about the history of Turkey. My special thanks to Ms. Zerrin who organized and arranged all our flights from Istanbul to Izmir/Kusadasi, to Antalya, to Cappadocia and back to Istanbul. She answer all my questions, organized and arranged all our transportations pick up/transfer in a timely fashion. She was very helpful and so awesome. The hotels I stayed were all beautiful, cleaned and served good delicious breakfast with very kind and helpful staff. Only one hotel was the Irenic Hotel we stayed in Antalya. They have a pub next door which played loud music until 1:00 am and very difficult to sleep as I am a light sleeper. Other than that this tour is magnificent.
