Does the travel insurance of $4447 include the cost of the international airfare? When we arrive in Lisbon on Aug 18, is someone going to be there to meet us? Do I understand correctly that the tour starts on August 18 and that we leave on the 19th of August?

The international airfare is not included in the cost and must be booked independently as we do not assist with air. We can arrange an arrival transfer at the airport to the hotel for $75 CAD per person. The tour starts on August 18th and ends on August 29th.

Can you book directly with Cosmos? Or do you have to go through a travel agency?

Our tours will only operate in English. The Tour Director may speak other languages, however there is no guarantee. Your mom will be fine to participate on this tour. She will be required to do a considerable amount of walking. She may need to climb full flights of stairs, navigate uneven terrain and stand for long periods of time. We can arrange arrival and departure transfers at the rate of £40 GBP per transfer.

I'd like to know when we get to Lisbon or whatever the airport of the first destination, is there someone who will guide us to the hotel? and is the transportation from the airport to the hotel included in the fees or extra charge?
