My friend and I are interested about this 10 days tour, just wondering before booking, what is the cancellation policy for this tour?

Are air flight tickets international included?

I am very interested in the tour but am wondering if I can change the booking date later without penalty. My own plans are still not certain and also, if the war in the Middle East escalates, I would want to change the date. I am looking at doing a tour early July or early August.

What is the physical exertion level of the tour? What are the prices of additional activities per person? Is there a possibility of not staying in the cave hotel in Cappadocia? If choosing a reservation with higher category hotels, would the tour pick up participants from their hotel to continue with the group?

The tour has a moderate amount of physical activities. Our groups include people in their 60s. Optional activities: hot air balloon 350 US dollars per person, Istanbul dinner cruise is 80 dollars per person, Cappadocia Turkish night is 80 dollars per person. If they don't want to stay in cave hotels we can arrange a regular hotel for them. Hotel upgrade is available; in case they stay in different hotels than the group they still continue with the same group.

Is it possible to book a tour now at current sale prices or would we need to book later? Is May a good month temperature wise opposed to august 2027?

Usually we dont make any special offer for may but due to current situation in middle east to increase our sales we put a %50 special offer for may 2026 thats why its better to book now. Not any more offers are planning for future. august is really hot in Turkey and may is recommended to a temperature wise comfortable journey

Kuşadası (2 nights) - Hierapolis and Travertines of Pamukkale on Day 1. Ephesus Ancient City on Day 2. Antalya (2 nights) - Not find worth the stop in our opinion. Couple of waterfalls, Hadrian's Gate and Old Town. Cappadocia (2 nights) - Interesting with all the fairy chimneys and underground cities. Did not managed a hot air ballon ride due to weather. Istanbul (2 nights) - Hippodrome, Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia and Grand Bazaar. From the beginning till the end, everything was well coordinated by Ms. Zerrin. The only issue we had was the WhatsApp messages on the day before that you received regarding pickup time and extra activities were a bit generic and some of the information was incorrect but with a few messages back this was all sorted out.
