our groups are between 6-8 people if you give us a spesific date we can say the number of travellers

could you please explain what is difference between different hotel options - "STANDARD PACKAGE HOTELS SINGLE ROOM", "UPGRADE 5 STARS HOTELS TRIPLE ROOM", or the "STANDARD PACKAGE HOTELS TRIPLE ROOM". I.e. I am single person so if I get "STANDARD PACKAGE HOTELS TRIPLE ROOM" does this mean it the room will be shared with others?

we dont have a room sharing policy if you are a solo traveller you should book a single room. we are not matching any people in double or triple rooms. for solo travellers only the booking option is standard hotels single rooms or upgrade hotels single rooms.

There are 4 domestic flights in this tour, are all of them travelers will arrive at destination late evening and check in late in the hotels, and then we need to get up super early (such as 4AM for hot air balloon ride) in the next morning? How many days of tour are like that? And what's the main difference between standard package and upgrade package other than staying hotels?

There are three internal flights but Zerrin sent us the flight tickets and website so we can check in a day before departure. Breakfast n lunch are provided so only need to look after dinner. We opted for the hotel upgrade and were not disappointed. However, one this that Tour Radar fails to disclose is that ALL entrance fees are EXCLUDED. However they fail to advertise them as exclusions, until they provide you with the fine print in your fully paid for receipt. Be aware of this - tours included, does not mean tours included - it means transport to the destination, with a guide, but you have to pay for your own tickets in. Included lunches were plentiful and fresh but bland. Sadly all those wonderful spices we see in the markets are for show and colour, but don't get used in their cooking.Show more

Our first trip to Turkiye, and a very enjoyable one it was. The guides were excellent, taking us to a number of different places unique in their own way. Any questions or concerns, during the stay, were quickly dealt with by a call/message to Ms Zerrin. Taxi pick-up, was waiting for us at each airport except for the 2 arrivals at Istanbul, where we had to wait half an hour or so, each time, which was slightly annoying. The 4 hotels were small and comfortable but were literally used as nightly stopovers. The included lunchtime meals were adequate but limited in choice. I have given this holiday 5 stars because, all in all (despite 2 international and 4 internal flights in 10 days) I thoroughly enjoyed my first time in Turkiye.Show more

I was in a group of three, and they claim they were never notified of any communications so it was my job to keep them up to date. I never received or took my ATV tour, which I had paid in advance for. When we were joined by another group there was confusion as to what was going on ... our meals were paid for and hers weren't ... at the airport, we were in the same Hotel but got picked up, same time but different drivers. When we landed, we were together, but she had no idea where to go , or who was picking her up. Our driver said she was not in our group, someone else was picking her up. We both were going to the same Hotel !!! I did more babysitting than I had expected Did I have too NO, but nobody else was watching or keeping them informed Overall, very disappointed..Show more
