Cruise Embarkation
You'll board the MS Van Gogh at 5:00 p.m. and get settled into your cabin. After that, there's a welcome cocktail where you'll meet the crew, followed by dinner and evening entertainment as the ship heads out along the Rhône.

Avignon
The ship cruises toward Avignon while you attend an onboard presentation covering the region's 2,500-year history. Later in the afternoon, you'll visit the Papal Palace and walk through Avignon's historic streets. Before heading back to the ship, you'll try some local wines. The evening brings a festive Camargue dinner with live guitar music.

Château de Grignan and Truffle Farm
You'll visit Château de Grignan to see its 12th-century terraces and gardens with panoramic views. From there, you head to a working truffle farm where you'll participate in a traditional hunt using sniffer dogs and have a farm tasting. The afternoon back on the ship includes cruising time, and the evening features a gala dinner.
