Itinerary
- Day 1
Bryce Canyon National Park
You'll meet your group at 8:00 AM for a welcome meeting, then drive about 3 hours to Bryce Canyon National Park. Stop in Cedar City to grab lunch on your own before heading to the park. In the afternoon, you'll hike the Navajo Loop and Queens Garden trail to see those distinctive hoodoo rock formations up close. After setting up camp, you'll prepare dinner with your group.

- Day 2
Zion National Park
After breakfast at camp, pack a lunch and head to Zion National Park via shuttle. You can choose which trail suits you best - Emerald Pools, The Narrows, Scouts Lookout, or Watchman Trail all have different views. Eat your packed lunch whenever you feel like it during the day. Back at the East Zion campsite by evening, you'll relax around the campfire, roast marshmallows, and stargaze with your group.

- Day 3
Grand Canyon National Park
Start early and drive to Grand Canyon National Park with scenic stops along the way. Your first stop is Horseshoe Bend, where you'll hike to the overlook and photograph the Colorado River's geological handiwork. Continue on and stop for lunch at a Navajo-inspired restaurant and trading post. You'll arrive at the Grand Canyon in the afternoon, set up camp for two nights, and catch the sunset from camp.

- Day 4
Grand Canyon National Park
After breakfast and packing lunch, you'll spend the day exploring the South Rim. Multiple hiking trails go deeper into the canyon, or you can do several shorter hikes throughout the day. Bring plenty of water and go at your own pace. Have a picnic lunch in the park, then you might rent a bike or take a helicopter ride over the canyon if you want. End with pizza dinner along the rim while the sunset colors the sky.

Joshua Tree National Park
After breakfast, break down camp and drive southwest along Route 66. You'll stop in Seligman and later in Kingman where you'll have free time for lunch. Throughout the drive, take short stops to see the Mojave Desert and Joshua trees. You'll reach the campsite in early evening near Pioneer Town with the night free to explore. Watch the desert sunset and stargaze under some of California's clearest skies.

Santa Monica
Pack up your camping gear and have breakfast at camp before driving to Santa Monica Beach. You'll have the whole afternoon free to check out the beach, grab ice cream, walk the pier, or sit at an open-air bar and people watch. Tonight you'll stay at a hip hostel in Santa Monica.
