The cruise was excellent. However the initial meeting was badly organised and it was difficult to know where we would meet up. Only after meeting did we find out that the first day of the cruise was cancelled and we would have to go by bus to start the cruise next day. No one from Croisi or from TourRadar had told us about this, but everyone else knew. Although the cruise was advertised as English speaking, we were the only native English speaking people on the cruise. Luckily the Finns who were more than half the passengers all spoke excellent English and we got on well with them. At the end of the cruise, the cruise director and local guide were very helpful in getting us to our hotel in Siem Reap, which was different to the one the others were staying at.Show more

Payment information
- For any tour departing before June 12th, 2026 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after June 12th, 2026, a minimum payment of 30% is required to confirm your booking with CroisiEurope River Cruises. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 120 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
- The following cards are accepted for "CroisiEurope River Cruises" tours: Visa, Maestro, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal. TourRadar does NOT charge you an extra fee for using any of these payment methods.
