In den Reiseunterlagen die du bereits vor der Reise erhältst findest du die Information, dass die Flüge so wahrgenommen werden müssen wie geplant, da sonst die Flüge storniert werden und wir diese nicht wiederherstellen können. Es tut mir leid zu hören, dass du die Flüge nicht wie geplant angetreten bist und hierdurch dein Rückflug verfallen ist. Wir geben stets unser bestes, dich in jeglicher Situation zu unterstützen. Bitte habe jedoch Verständnis dafür, dass wir hierbei nach dem Personenbeförderungsgesetz sowie die Allgemeine Reisebedingungen der jeweiligen Fluggesellschaft handeln müssen.
