Itinerary
- Day 1
Basel
Your flights need to land by 3 pm in Basel, then you'll head to the ship and be on board by 5 pm. After settling into your cabin, you'll have dinner and get time to walk around and get familiar with everything. Later this evening, the ship starts cruising toward Breisach.

- Day 2
Black Forest - Strasbourg
You've got options here. Take a bike ride through the Rhine area, or head into the Black Forest to check out the Vogtsbauernhof museum and see how they make butter the traditional way. If you prefer something else, wander through medieval Freiburg's city center. There's also a chance to visit Colmar in the morning if you want. By evening, the ship sails to Strasbourg.

- Day 3
Strasbourg
Start with Strasbourg's Gothic cathedral, which has old murals and an astronomical clock you can see. Then head to La Petite France with its charming streets and buildings. You could also bike through the city with an Adventure Host, spend time at museums, or just walk around at your own pace. Later in the day, choose a guided excursion or relax before the evening sail to Ludwigshafen.

Heidelberg - Rüdesheim
Around Heidelberg, walk the Philosophers' Path for nice views, tour Schwetzingen Palace and its gardens, or visit Heidelberg Castle to see the Great Vat, which is the world's largest wine barrel. After you're done exploring, spend the afternoon sailing toward Rüdesheim.

Rhine Gorge - Koblenz
The ship takes you through the Rhine Gorge from Rüdesheim to Koblenz with great views along the way. Once you arrive, bike through Koblenz with your Adventure Host, take a walking tour past old fortress walls and towers, or visit Sayn Manor House. There's live entertainment on the ship this evening.

Bernkastel
The morning is relaxed as you sail to Bernkastel. Then you can hike in the area with your Adventure Host or take a guided walk through the wine village, seeing its medieval marketplace and old half-timbered houses with their 17th-century style. In the afternoon, visit a local winery to taste wines.

Luxembourg City - Trier
Take a guided tour of Luxembourg City to see dramatic views, ancient ruins, and modern architecture in the gorge terrain. After lunch, head to Trier and either explore on your own with your Adventure Host or join a guided tour of Germany's oldest city, where you'll see ancient remnants from 144-152 AD.

Cochem
The Moselle Valley offers several choices. Bike along the Mosel River with your Adventure Host, visit the former Deutsche Bundesbank bunker to learn about Cold War history, or walk through Cochem to see half-timbered houses and hike up to Reichsburg Castle for valley views. You can also explore Eltz Castle or have free time to do what you want.

Cologne
In Cologne, bike through the city like a local, take a guided tour of Jewish heritage sites, or walk past the twin-steepled Gothic cathedral. After that, grab some Kölsch pale lager, a local beer brewed here for over 100 years, and relax. The ship sails to Amsterdam this evening.

Amsterdam
Amsterdam gives you plenty of options for the morning. Take an early walk with your Adventure Host, do a guided walking tour through cobblestone streets, or go on a canal cruise to see Golden Age homes. If it's tulip season, you could visit Keukenhof Gardens with millions of bulbs, or check out Zaanse Schans for windmills and Dutch houses. There's also a countryside bike tour or time to visit museums and galleries on your own.
