    Munich

    You've arrived in Munich and the day is open for you to do as you like. Take time to walk around the city, grab a coffee at a local spot, or just settle in and get your bearings. This is a good chance to wander through the streets, check out the main squares, or head back to rest after your travel.

  2. Day 2

    Munich to Neuschwanstein Castle

    A full-day guided tour takes you out to the Bavarian Alps to see Neuschwanstein Castle, the famous residence of King Ludwig. You'll travel through the foothills, learn about the region's history, and spend time at this remarkable castle perched in the mountains. By evening you'll head back to Munich.

  3. Day 3

    Munich to Nuremberg to Bamberg

You'll see the old town walls and get a real sense of this historic place. Later that evening you board an overnight cruise heading toward Bamberg, so you'll settle in and relax on board as you travel.

After lunch you board an overnight cruise heading to Würzburg.

There's also an optional excursion to Rothenburg if you want something different. Come evening there's live entertainment on board before the cruise departs for Miltenberg.

Spend the afternoon exploring Frankfurt on your own, then get back on board for live entertainment before cruising to Boppard.
