    Please confirm if the tour goes to the Hill of Crosses Lithuania and on what day of the tour I cannot see it listed in the brochure

The detailed itinerary and trip notes do not mention this site as part of the scheduled stops. If visiting the Hill of Crosses is a priority for you, I would recommend considering a separate day trip from Vilnius or Riga, as many local operators offer excursions to this iconic site.
