We acknowledge that an additional supplier voucher was missed from your trip documentation, and we apologise for the inconvenience and frustration this may have caused. The standard trip notes and On The Go voucher — which include our emergency contact details — were issued on 24 November. This tour is operated as a self-guided tour, as outlined on our website under Guiding Style. The local operator arranges hotel shuttle transfers during set times to allow guests flexibility and free time to explore the area. Most hotels are also able to store luggage on request if rooms are not yet ready. That said, we recognise the importance of complete documentation being provided in advance, and this has been raised internally with the relevant teams to help ensure this does not happen again. - On the Go Tours

We are confused that you woudl question the length of the tour as all marketing and documentation clearly outlines each day's activities, and identifies immediately that the start and end days do not include excursions. Scheduling our tours this way allows for multiple international participants to arrive or depart at their leisure on these days, and many travellers take the opportunity to explore on their own. Of course, we are are disappointed that your overall experience did not meet your expectations.
