  The Itinerary was a good on to start with. The travel group size of 35 were on. The hotels picked for this tour were I would say 2* at best. Hotel Komodor was moldy, Shower was the size as in cruise ship. No safe and extremely unprofessional front desk. The rest of the hotels were too far and one in the last was Hotel Split in was located between Industrial area where even Uber drivers did not know it existed. The Hotel staff were great. For the price of 1800 it was really bad location and facilities that were allocated for this trip. The tour director was ok, There were some hiccups but he was not really on his A game. Friendly and cordial but not really planned. We had to keep asking for the next day break down of itinerary considering that we would have free time and can plan better. I had vegetarian option pre selected and there was no extra effort done to cater to that need. one of the dinners at hotel I was told only rice and potatoes were available for Dinner option and had to request Chef to make something edible. I would say 2* but with the group and how we managed I think it made it pleasing and had good time with the group.Show more

Where dietary requirements have been advised in advance, we understand the importance of ensuring suitable options are available, and we regret that you had to make additional requests to receive an appropriate meal. We appreciate your balanced comments regarding the Travel Director. While it is encouraging to read that they were friendly and cordial, we acknowledge your concerns about the organisation, communication and planning throughout the trip. Your feedback will be shared with the relevant teams as we continually review the guest experience. It is good to read that, despite these concerns, you were able to enjoy your time with the group and that the company of your fellow travellers contributed positively to your overall experience.   Best of the Balkans cannot be more Thankful to Costsaver for giving us such an amazing itenarary and 9 day trip. We started our trip in Dubrovnik for 2 nights then on to Kotor, Budva ,Motsar Bosnia Heresogovina Sarajevo had a short stop at Jablianica and onto Split.
