A driver picks you up at Istanbul Airport and takes you to your hotel. There's nothing scheduled for today, so you can rest up or explore nearby areas on your own. You'll connect with your guide tomorrow morning at 09:00 AM to start the tour.

Istanbul

- Day 2
Istanbul
After breakfast, join a half-day guided tour hitting Istanbul's key historical spots. You'll start at the Hippodrome of Constantine to see Byzantine remains like the Obelisk of Theodosius, then move on to Hagia Sophia Mosque and the Blue Mosque with its hand-painted tiles. The afternoon is free to wander around on your own. Topkapi Palace is available if you want to add it on.

Istanbul to Cappadocia
You'll have breakfast at the hotel, then head to the Egyptian Spice Bazaar to walk through the different spice stalls and aromas. From there, take a casual Bosphorus cruise watching the city and Ottoman palaces pass by. In the late afternoon, you get transferred to the airport for a night flight to Cappadocia. Once you arrive, a transfer takes you to your hotel to settle in.

Istanbul to Cappadocia
Breakfast at the hotel comes first, then you head to the Egyptian Spice Bazaar to explore the different stalls. Next is a relaxed Bosphorus cruise with views of the city and its architecture along the water. In the late afternoon, transfer to the airport for a night flight to Cappadocia, then to your hotel for rest.

- Day 4
Cappadocia
Starting after breakfast, you'll explore Cappadocia's unusual landscape. Visit Dervent Valley (also called Imagination Valley) to see the fairy chimneys and rock formations, then continue to Pasabagi where you'll find mushroom-shaped pinnacles and learn about hermits who lived in those rocks. In the afternoon, check out the Open-Air Museum of Goreme, a UNESCO site with rock-cut churches from the 10th century that have frescoes and wall paintings inside. Head back to the hotel for dinner.

Cappadocia to Izmir via Kusadasi
After breakfast, check out and take a guided tour through Rose Valley stopping at various churches, then visit the old Christian village of Cavusin. You'll stop for lunch somewhere near Pigeon Valley, and afterward explore either the Underground City of Kaymakli or Derinkuyu. Later, transfer to the airport for a flight to Izmir, then on to your hotel in Kusadasi.

Kusadasi to Ephesus
Start the day at the Virgin Mary House, discovered by priests and thought to be where the Virgin Mary spent her final years, with daily mass still held there. Then head to Ephesus, an important ancient harbor city. Walk through highlights like the Celsus Library, Temple of Hadrian, Fountain of Trajan, and Theatre. You'll have lunch at a local Turkish restaurant, and after that visit the Isa Bey Mosque from 1375 and the Temple of Artemis, one of the seven wonders of the ancient world. Transfer back to Kusadasi for overnight.

An early morning pickup gets you to Pamukkale and the ancient city of Hierapolis. Explore the Necropolis, Theatre, and Cleopatra Pool if you want to swim (extra cost). See the famous white travertine terraces and pools with their mineral formations, plus Pamukkale Natural Lake and Park. In the late afternoon, transfer to the airport for your flight back to Istanbul, then to your hotel.
