Thank you for sharing your feedback following your cycling trip in Sri Lanka. It's great to hear that you enjoyed the route and felt well supported by the guiding team, though it's disappointing that several elements of the experience fell short of what you had hoped for. Regarding the hotel locations and limited dining options, our trip notes do explain that there isn’t a culture of eating out in Sri Lanka and that restaurants can be few and far between, meaning hotel dining is often the only practical choice. I’m sorry this detracted from your overall enjoyment. Thank you for your comments on the convenient snack opportunities, the positioning of rest stops and the standard of the bikes - which highlight areas where the experience can certainly be improved for future travellers. Thank you again for taking the time to share your thoughts. We genuinely value this insight and hope that you still came away with memorable moments from Sri Lanka.
