I am really happy that you enjoyed the Erg Chigaga experience and that you appreciated the communication and service during the tour. Regarding the situation with the driver Mustapha, I already spoke with him to understand exactly what happened. From what I understood, there may have been a misunderstanding during the evening at the desert camp. He explained to me that he did not drink alcohol, but because the group stayed late with the camp team and everyone was tired, maybe the situation gave the wrong impression. Of course, your safety and comfort are always the most important thing for us, and I truly appreciate your feedback because it helps us improve our service even more.
