    Since it's your wedding anniversary and you'll be spending the last two nights there, I'd personally recommend staying at the Amiral palace for those final nights. Both hotels are good, but for a special occasion I think the upgraded to Admiral palace hotel make the trip more memorable.

  Could you kindly confirm that Turkish Airlines and Sun Express are surely the only Airlines we will be flying with during the tour? That we will not be shifted to other Airlines at the last minute? We want assurance in this regard.

At this time, there are no plans or indications that any changes will be made to the airlines. While rare, flight schedules and airline assignments are ultimately subject to operational decisions made by the airlines themselves. However, we always prioritize consistency and will promptly inform you if any adjustments are necessary.

    About luggage for check in, Is it possible to buy extra luggage weight during booking? How much is additional 5Kg?

    Additional luggage allowance depends on the airline. As a rough estimate, purchasing an extra 5kg may cost between 25–40 EUR, depending on the airline and route.

  Are transfers to and from the airport (IST or SAW) included at the beginning and end of the tour? If yes, as it is a group tour, are the transfers only available at set times? Can you confirm what meals are included with the tour? Can you provide an estimate of the admission/entrance fees to the sites/museums that are not included in the tour? Can we book the hot air ballon ride in advance? What happens if it is cancelled due to weather conditions? It states that the tour is fully guided, will it be the same guide all the time? What is the minimum number of people required to run this tour?

    Transfers to and from Istanbul Airport (IST) or Sabiha Gökçen Airport (SAW) are included at the beginning and end of the tour. We make transfer arrangements in private basis, these are arranged specifically for your group, not on a shared or set schedule basis. The tour includes daily breakfasts at the hotels and lunches during the guided tours, except in Istanbul, where only breakfast is included. Dinners are generally left open so you can explore local cuisine at your leisure. While most key site entries are included, there are a few sites or museums that carry additional charges. As a general estimate, you might want to budget around $200–$240 per person for optional entrances not covered in the tour. The hot air balloon ride can be booked in advance, and we strongly recommend doing so due to high demand. In the case of cancellation due to weather conditions, you will receive a full refund or may reschedule if time permits. This is a small group tour, with a maximum of 14 participants. While the tour is fully guided, please note that we work with expert local guides in each destination, so the guide may change as you travel between regions. Our tours typically require a minimum of 2 travellers to operate. Your group of 4 adults meets the minimum requirement, so you're all set!
