Communication could have been better about how long drives were going to be etc. like “we will drivw for 3 hours” so bring snacks? Or while driving, some communication about how much further between stops so again, we could plan for, snacks etc. as I was travelling with kids. The seats in the van were also on permanent recline and wouldn’t go up so, that led to a very sore neck. The English was also not great.
