Regarding the guiding service, we would like to clarify that the services included and not included are clearly mentioned in the tour details on our website and also on TourRadar. A local guide in every city, or a guide accompanying guests inside the car throughout the whole trip, can certainly be arranged upon request, but this would increase the overall cost of the tour. For this reason, such a service is usually best requested before the trip starts, so that the agency can prepare the right arrangement and provide the updated price in advance. We also appreciate your comments about the hotels and will take them into consideration when reviewing our accommodation options. Thank you again for travelling with us and for your honest feedback.
