This is a standard characteristic of urban hospitality in Japan, where space is highly optimized. • Luggage & Logistics: We aim to provide a seamless experience via our motor coach; however, we recognize that navigating bustling streets with personal items can be tiring. We will review our arrival/departure protocols to see where we can further minimize this effort for our guests. • The Shinkansen (Bullet Train): We are sorry to hear you missed out on this experience.       Yes the price starts from 3299 USD per guest. This departure is during the Cherry Blossom season so the price is higher. It's 3549 per guest so the total is 7098 for two.
      The cancellation fee is 600 USD per person if cancelled 1-2 months before the departure date. And it's non-refundable if cancelled within one month of the departure date.

      All of our hotels have elevators. Airport transfers are not included. But the first night hotel is just one stop away from the airport and I will send out detailed instructions prior to the departure date. As the majority of the guests are siniors, we don't have any senior discount.

    I understand from your itenaries that you don't use Bullet trains. Could you let me know what is the average time spent on the bus between cities. Also, what happens if my flight is delayed or I miss hotel dinner introduction?

      The longest distance between two cities on the itinerary is around 3 hours. Since we use the tour bus for transportation between cities and also attractions, the total time on the bus is difficult to estimate. The meeting with the tour guide on the 9th is totally optional. If you miss it you can still meet with the group the next morning.
