Our rates don't have the international air included. We don't have flight booking services. When book the flights, please make sure they arrive at Narita Airport and depart from Kansai airport. We have the following included: 3 star hotels, daily breakfast, English speaking tour guide, transportation by tour bus between cities and attractions, admission to listed attractions.

I like to travel to Japan and make sure to stay in natural hot springs (onsen) hotels and in the tour includes bullet train, see Nara and bamboo farm and looking for a tour after April 24th

I would recommend the 8D Splendid Japan which have the hot spring hotel, Nara and also the bamboo forest. Although the bullet train isn't included, it's available in the Hiroshima optional tour.

Do you offer customized tours? I am looking for a tour for a group of 5 adults. They would like to travel to Tokyo, Kyoto, and Osaka, with day tours to Nara and Hiroshima. Can you organize this trip and are the group tours available in Spanish?

Yes we do have customized tours. But the price is much higher for groups smaller than 10 guests. I would suggest joining one of our group departures for the Splendid Japan tour.

We don't have any restrictions on this. You can simply follow the instructions from the airlines.

What are your plans for handling cancellations in cases such as war or other emergency situations?

Our cancellation policy: 300 USD per guest if cancelled more than two months before the departure date; 600 USD if cancelled 1-2 months before the departure date and it's non-refundable if cancelled within a month of the departure day. In case of war or emergency, we will allow one free date change if notified more than 1 month before the departure date.

We loved Japan and were happy to be able to visit it. We loved the country side – the food and the people. The organization of the trip was not good for us. It would have been better to go to three cities – Tokyo – Kyoto – Osaka and visit then the different areas from one base point. The schedule had us go from Osaka to Ine and back and we just came from Fukuyama and Kyoto. It would have been a lot better trip from those cities. We had no time to visit the village with the fishermen houses, because we had to go on a ship where we were harassed by seagulls and falcons. We never did the city tour of Kyoto. Visiting the bamboo forest was just another place that was no pleasure due to the many people – 25 buses were in the parking lot. We had one bedroom, that was so small that there was no room for a chair or a table! These kind of hotels can be skipped if less one night overnights would be scheduled. Suggestions for affordable restaurants would have been nice to have. The hotel personal helped us out many times. The SPA experience in one hotel was wonderful. The shopping trip in Osaka should be replaced with a city tour. Our guide Jason was a nice man and made sure that we were always safe. He was very kind and patient with us. He arranged all the trips, but he needs to understand that visitors from other countries do not need to be converted to Buddhism and focus more on the landscape and people. 21 March to 3 April 2026: We had a great group of 21 travellers from various parts of the globe. Mostly seniors. It was a thoroughly enjoyable tour despite being hectic & exhausting. There were long journeys all in a beautifully clean bus with comfortable seats. The driver drove safely and patiently. Stops were every two hours for a quick leg stretch, washroom/coffee/snack break in that order. The public washrooms in Japan are impeccably clean. Waste bins are found at these stops. Our guide Jason kept us informed of local culture, the places we would visit and would accompany us with a flag so we wouldn't get lost or join another group! He would conduct a roll call when we returned to the bus to ensure no one from his lot got left behind! The first hotel in Narita was excellent with a biggish room. Tokyo hotel was awfully cramped. No place to open suitcases except lift them on to the bed every now n then. Hotels in other cities were a little more spacious than Tokyo. I'm assuming 3 star hotels in Japan are similar. All of them were very very clean, excellent linen & comfortable beds. Our last hotel in Osaka was fantastic - river facing with a beautiful view of the river and cherry blossoms. One point I would mention is that there was a lot of walking involved. Anywhere between 12-18000 steps per day (except on days of long distance travel.) In Osaka the day we went to Kuromon Ichiba and then walked on to Dontonbori, It was extremely tiring as there is no place to relax. The crowds at Kuromon Iciba and Dontonbori were unimaginable, even for me - I am from the country with the largest population! Our guide told us we had 3 hours free time in Dontonbori to shop, browse, eat...By then we had been on our feet for 3 hours already. Some of us said but we don't want to shop for 3 hours, but our guide said the bus will be here after 3 hours. My friend and I were exhausted, so we took a cab back to the hotel to rest and later took a walk along the riverside. Some in our exhausted group sat unnecessarily at coffee shops. Most of the group opted for all the optional tours which were very nice except for the Naoshima Art Island, which wasn't to my liking. The brochure did not mention Arashiyama Bamboo Forest and Fushimi Inari shrine visit, but that was a bonus visit at an added cost of USD 40/- per person. As vegetarians and vegans it is pretty difficult in Japan - particularly if you're on a tour. But since we eat eggs, we mainly got by on salads & egg or strawberry sandwiches. Even the coleslaw had bacon!!Show more

  Number of travelers: 5 adults. Hotel category: 3-star hotels are fine. Travel dates & duration: Approximately 18 days, starting from October 1st (flexible within October). Destinations: Tokyo, Kyoto, and Osaka. They would like to include one-day group tours to Nara and Hiroshima. In Tokyo, the group would like to have one free day to visit DisneySea. If possible, they are also interested in ending the trip with 3 to 4 days in Seoul. The group does not require a Spanish-speaking guide for the entire trip. They would mainly need guides for day tours and city tours (for example, in Tokyo, Nara or Osaka). Spanish-speaking guide services may increase the overall cost, and that is not an issue. Since the trip is planned for October, we believe we are still within a good timeframe to secure availability for Spanish-speaking guides.

  Sorry we don't have private transfer services. But the first night hotel has a free shuttle bus to pick up guests from the Narita airport. And it should convenient to catch a train a shuttle bus back to the airport on the last day. If you do prefer private transfers, we recommend the following reliable private transfer companies: Kens Osaka Taxi (most popular and well-balanced option with comfortable vehicles and English support), MK Taxi Osaka (a highly reputable and established company with fixed-rate airport services), and Osaka Limousine Tours (a premium chauffeur service ideal for luxury or corporate travel). For your reference, an Alphard is suitable for 2–5 passengers with luggage, while a Hiace is better for 6–9 passengers.   Our cancellation policy: 300 USD per guest if cancelled more than two months before the departure date; 600 USD if cancelled 1-2 months before the departure date and it's non-refundable if cancelled within a month of the departure day. In case of war or emergency, we will allow one free date change if notified more than 1 month before the departure date.

please let me know the meeting date and hour and the location, also please send me the information about the end of the tour, thime we are expected to finish the tour the date and the location were we are being released at the end of the tour. also please if i want to visit Tokyo a few day before the tour then how can i connect with the group.

  Yes the price starts from 3299 USD per guest. This departure is during the Cherry Blossom season so the price is higher. It's 3549 per guest so the total is 7098 for two.
  The cancellation fee is 600 USD per person if cancelled 1-2 months before the departure date. And it's non-refundable if cancelled within one month of the departure date.

Payment information
- For any tour departing before July 16th, 2026 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after July 16th, 2026, a minimum payment of 30% is required to confirm your booking with Stunning Tours. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 70 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
- Some departure dates and prices may vary and Stunning Tours will contact you with any discrepancies before your booking is confirmed.
