Is there any way that you could fit in a group tour for us between April 13th and 25th?

Sadly, this is not possible as time is needed to operate the program and for the hotels we sometimes need up to 20-21 days or more in order to close bookings so it is impossible for us to confirm a date so close as April 13, 2024. As you can see, today our net available date is May 5th, 2024.

if they go in may and there are no whales, what do they do that day?

If the whales tour is not possible, a tour of the city is given instead.

Would like to go Whale watching but tours end in March. Is it still possible to go April 13th tour? Would like to stay an extra day can I arrange this and arrive April 14th and leave April 18th? With airport transportation to and from the hotel? Can I upgrade my room as well?

Sadly, the Whale watching stops in March as the rain season starts. You can stay extra days before or after the program and the upgrade of your room can be handled with our Operations staff if there is a higher category available.

Payment information
- For any tour departing before August 23rd, 2026 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after August 23rd, 2026, a minimum payment of 20% is required to confirm your booking with Destination Services Mexico. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 60 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
- Some departure dates and prices may vary and Destination Services Mexico will contact you with any discrepancies before your booking is confirmed.
- The following cards are accepted for "Destination Services Mexico" tours: Visa, Maestro, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal. TourRadar does NOT charge you an extra fee for using any of these payment methods.
