Dear Mr. Dietze, Thank you very much for your review and your detailed feedback. We are very sorry that you were not completely satisfied with the trip. We take criticism very seriously and are already in contact with the local agency regarding your full-day excursion to Fuji-san. However, we would like to mention at this point that the entire full-day excursion was worth €200. We hope to be able to resolve the matter to your satisfaction as quickly as possible on the basis of your description and ask for your patience in this regard. We would be very pleased to welcome you again soon on a DIAMIR trip. Best regards from the DIAMIR team
