Trip was good, but it did not get off to a good start. After arriving in Honolulu and picking up our bags at baggage claim, we waited for a call or text to let us know where to go to be picked up, but did not receive either. So I called and provided the confirmation number, but was told that they do not see that number. So, they told us where to go, and we were picked up and transferred to our hotel. At the hotel, when we checked in, they told us that we needed to pay a resort fee $267.10, which I was not aware of. So I paid with my credit card. But later on, they realized that was an error on their part. So they said I would be credited for the charge on my card. But so far, I haven’t seen the credit put back on my card. But hopefully soon. Besides these things, everything else was good, and very organized. I liked how I would receive texts the day before the activities to remind us where to meet, and the time to be picked up.Show more
