    This short break tour will be one of the highlights of our Australian adventure. Accommodations a transport were excellent. Our guide, Dave, was extremely knowledgeable and personable. His passion for Kangaroo Island was obvious with each stop. This tour has our highest recommendation.

    I know that there can be problems which can affect the accommodation on a tour such as the SA outback but it would help if the programme could be more specific about where the motels, hotels and cabins are. Also It would be helpful if the starting base hotel could be confirmed early enough for the traveller to make a booking with confidence. The guide put in a 100+ performance but I feel that there should be a companion driver as a backup in case something goes wrong and to give the tour guide a rest from a very arduous schedule.

    Is this tour a full pack hike or day pack only?

      This trip involves plenty of walking over varied terrain and is best suited to travellers with a good level of mobility. Good footwear, clothing for all types of Tasmanian weather, plus perhaps walking poles are recommended.

      Please find below the number of hours of walking for each day. day 1 arrival day no walking day 2 = 4-5 hours (11km) day 3 = 3-4 hours (12.4km) day 4 = 4-5 hours (13km) day 5 = 1-1.5 hours (2.4km)

The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 60 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
