- Day 1
Tallinn
You'll arrive in Tallinn and get transferred to your hotel in the city center. If your flight gets in early, there's time to wander around and take in the steep red roofs and pastel-colored buildings. At 6 pm, there's a welcome meeting followed by dinner in the Old Town where the atmosphere is really something special.

Tallinn
After breakfast, a local guide takes you through medieval Tallinn's historic streets and buildings, including Toompea Castle where the Estonian Parliament is located and Alexander Nevsky Cathedral from the 1800s. You'll get great city views from the viewing platform and can check out artisan studios in the area. The afternoon is yours to explore on your own, whether that's renting a bike or hopping on a tram to Kardiorg park where several museums are set up.

Tallinn to Parnu
You'll start with breakfast before heading from Tallinn toward Soomaa National Park. There you'll visit a restored 1868 family farm that has an organic apple orchard on the property. After that, continue on to Parnu, which serves as Estonia's summer capital. Your leader will take you on an orientation walk through town, and you can either explore more on your own or head to one of the local spas if you want to unwind. Later, check in at your spa hotel right on Parnu Beach where you'll spend the night.

- Day 4
Pärnu to Riga
With your leader, you'll explore Cesis, a medieval town with a castle and wooden architecture plus a historic brewery from 1590. From there, you travel to Ligatne to see a Soviet-era nuclear bunker that was so secret locals didn't find out about it for decades after the Soviet Union fell. Later you head to Riga, and in the evening there's an optional group dinner in the Old Town if you want to join.

- Day 5
Riga
After breakfast, a walking tour takes you through Riga's Old Town to see Riga Cathedral, St Peter's Church, and the Freedom Monument celebrating Latvia's independence. You'll spend time at Riga Market, one of Europe's largest, trying local smoked fish and Latvian cheese, then have a traditional lunch. You'll also taste Riga Black Balsam, the herbal liqueur locals swear by. The afternoon is free to visit museums or wander the Quiet Centre with its Art Nouveau buildings.

Riga to Klaipeda
You'll visit Sabile's northernmost vineyard (which holds a Guinness World Record) and stop at a winery to sample local wines like sparkling apple wine and blackcurrant wine. From there, you head to Kuldiga to see its well-preserved traditional Baltic architecture and stop for lunch before walking to Ventas Rumba viewpoint. After crossing into Lithuania, you spend the evening in Klaipeda.

Klaipeda
A ferry takes you out to Curonian Spit National Park, a World Heritage site and the second-oldest national park in the former Soviet Union. You'll walk through fisherman villages and sand dunes where whole villages have been buried by shifting sands over time. In Juodkrante, you'll see nearly 100 carved wooden sculptures in the forest that tell Lithuanian folk tales. There's also an amber museum where you learn about 19th-century amber mining and can try an amber drink before returning to Klaipeda for dinner.

Klaipeda to Vilnius
You travel across Lithuania to Trakai to see the 14th-century Island Castle, the only castle in Eastern Europe built on an island in a lake. You'll learn how to make kybyns, traditional pastries filled with mutton and onion, then have hearty soup. After exploring the castle grounds, you continue on to Vilnius for the night.

- Day 9
Vilnius
After breakfast, an expert guide walks you through Vilnius, showing how Swedish, Polish, French and Russian influences shaped the city over time. You'll pass through Cathedral Square and the Old Town, learn about Grand Duke Gediminas and Vilnius' founding legend, and see Vilnius University. The afternoon is yours to choose from visiting the Museum of Occupation in former KGB headquarters, climbing the TV tower (where Lithuania declared independence in 1991), or exploring the artistic Uzupis district. You'll end with a farewell dinner at a local restaurant in the evening.
