  You advertised maximum number is 35 people. But it was 51 people. I have been trying to get some compensation. But just was being denied. Your agent Nicole notified me. Your company falsely advertised and deceived me. if I knew it was going to be 51 people instead of 35 people I wouldn't have booked my trip through your company. Tried blame Omega tours. Where is Tourradar's accountability? My trip was horrible. Tour bus smelled urine whole trip because I was seated near the toilet. Guide was not knowledgeable. Often times I had to asked him where we were. Breakfast were horrible. Lots of confusions because we were mixed up with other groups and long lines, frozen butter, cold coffee was served. Checked into the hotel, not enough rooms and had to move to different hotel in Vancouver, etc. I will never deal with TourRader in the future. You are going to hear about my case from now on. I am not going to be quiet anymore.Show more

  The views on this tour are spectacular and make it worthwhile. The distances travelled by bus are in hundreds of kilometres and long duration. There were more than enough stops. Plenty of memorable photos taken. The additional tours to lake Louise the glacier and Vancouver Island are worthwhile but tours in Canada are not inexpensive. The hotels are more than adequate though the hotel in Kamloops is a little dated. Please be aware that you will in the main be living out of a suitcase. Our driver was doing this trip for the first time and took all the necessary steps to ensure that we arrived safely. More interaction from the guide would have been appreciated.Show more

  TourRadar is the travel agent. Omega is the wholesaler and Jonview is the retail tour. So when things go wrong you have to deal with 3 companies that say it is not their fault. TourRadar stated max of 32 group. We had 52. The tour guide was nice and tour was ok. Hotels were disgusting with homeless on the sidewalks. Sandman was under construction and did not have enough rooms. They sent a few of us to another hotel they made us come back the next day. So check in then out then in again. Spent hours in the lobby waiting for resolution. And I missed going to the Vancouver tower waiting for a room.Show more
