For those with limited time this is a good and varied introductory trek with 3 full days walking, starting from and ending in Kathmandu. It is also very quiet - very few other trekkers. Hotels are surprisingly good. I did this trek in mid-April, visibility was quite poor, and now most trekking trails on Day 3 have been made into roads, this is of course neither the guide or the Tour Operator's fault, I highly recommend Mountain Rock and will be coming back to do another trek with them. Dipak offers great and speedy service in the planning process and takes great care of everything.Show more

  We strive to ensure all passengers have a window seat on the helicopter. There are 3-4 different shuttles where you can get window seats. The current regulations prevent landings above Sangboche, but we can still try to include a stop at Kala Patthar for views.

- For any tour departing before March 25th, 2026 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after March 25th, 2026, a minimum payment of 25% is required to confirm your booking with Mountain Rock Treks And Expedition. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 12 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
