We are a local tour operator, and our groups are typically made up of international travellers from a range of countries, including Australia, Europe, North America, and Asia. The average age of our participants is 40+, with many guests being well-travelled, active, and interested in immersive cultural experiences.

Why is it $1890 on the front page but when I select actual tour it come out $2190. We have other options for different company. Can you explain why the price changes?

The rate in december period is 1890 USD, by 2026 the price is increasing.

Is it possible to change the airport transfer to the hotel if I arrive on November 6th, instead of November 7th?

We will be happy to provide your transfer on 6th November. Or we can provide a hotel to hotel transfer on nov 7

How many and where are shopping stops included in the entire trip? How much time are spent at each stop? If I arrive one or two days before the tour starts and stay in your slected hotel, will I still get free airport transfer? How much the hotel costs per night? How many people already booked the October 10 departure? Is departure guaranteed even if only 2 people book. Do you have the same guide to lead the same group throughout the entire tour?

We will just have a few stops in Kusadasi and Cappadocia for shopping. If there will be any one coming earlier, they can book pre night accomodation through us and we will be happy to provide the airport transfer complimentary. Pre night accomodation will cost 65 USD pp in dbl room. It is a guaranteed departure basis tour and we will be using different vehicles and guides in regions.

How do we handle payments for optional extras?

You can pay for optional extras either in advance or upon arrival, as per your preference.

I want to buy some Turkish Lira on arrival at Istanbul, where is the best place to do so?

I have debit card issued by Mastercard, will payment by Euro from this card be accepted throughout this trip?

how much tips will be expected at end of tour

Tipping is a general tradition expected by guides and drivers and also there is no compulsory or tipping kitty. Generally 2-3 USD per day for drivers and 4-5 USD per day, per guide will be fine.

Tour guide Tolga was excellent and very helpful. He was with us from the beginning to the end. He’s very knowledgeable and patient.   You can use mastercard in Turkey. Hot air ballooning is an extremely safe activity. Ballons are commercially insured for flight, ground transportation, and chase crew operations. Our balloons are fuly insured and fully covered all our operation at international standard. Flights are insured for third party and passenger liability. Experienced and friendly pilots who practice wise weather ballooning, and a fleet of modern hot air balloons that pass FAA inspections. There are many change offices in city center.

The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 60 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
