Is the flight from Cappadocia to Istanbul included ?

Is there any possibility of going inside the Hagia Sofia Mosque in our own time and you organise entrance on our behalf with a time that suits the group itinerary? Or any other time? On our arrival day, for example? Also, when we are in the Ephesus area, can it be organised that we see the House of the Virgin Mary?

We are happy to provide entry to Hagia Sophia museum, the supplement is 30 USD pp. We will have time for the guests, who like to visit interior as well. You can pay on spot. In Ephesus, we can include the House of Virgin Mary without any extra, you can just mention as a note on the booking.

Are there any optional tours for this itinerary?

There will be optional activities which you can join ; like hot air balloon flight. But the entrance fees, flights and all are included.

Do you provide any assistance with visa application? I am currently based in Thailand.

We do not provide visa application unfortunately.

What is the average age and nationality of your usual tour participants?

We are a local tour operator, and our groups are typically made up of international travellers from a range of countries, including Australia, Europe, North America, and Asia. The average age of our participants is 40+, with many guests being well-travelled, active, and interested in immersive cultural experiences.

Why is it $1890 on the front page but when I select actual tour it come out $2190. We have other options for different company. Can you explain why the price changes?

The rate in december period is 1890 USD, by 2026 the price is increasing.

The service is starting with an arrival to Istanbul. You need to issue your international tickets from your side please.

Is it possible to change the airport transfer to the hotel if I arrive on November 6th, instead of November 7th?

We will be happy to provide your transfer on 6th November. Or we can provide a hotel to hotel transfer on nov 7

How many and where are shopping stops included in the entire trip? How much time are spent at each stop? If I arrive one or two days before the tour starts and stay in your slected hotel, will I still get free airport transfer? How much the hotel costs per night? How many people already booked the October 10 departure? Is departure guaranteed even if only 2 people book. Do you have the same guide to lead the same group throughout the entire tour?

We will just have a few stops in Kusadasi and Cappadocia for shopping. If there will be any one coming earlier, they can book pre night accomodation through us and we will be happy to provide the airport transfer complimentary. Pre night accomodation will cost 65 USD pp in dbl room. It is a guaranteed departure basis tour and we will be using different vehicles and guides in regions.

This allows you the flexibility to use your own miles, preferred airlines, flight schedules, or booking methods. Following your booking confirmation, we will share our recommended flight routes and ideal time windows to ensure seamless coordination with the tour program. You may either arrange these flights independently or request us to secure them on your behalf at the best available fare at the time of booking. Should you prefer, domestic flights can be arranged as an optional add-on. We can add the domestic ticket from cappadocia to Istanbul with 80 USD pp supplement, the standard baggage allowance includes 15 kg checked baggage and 8 kg hand luggage.
