  The best times to visit Los Angeles & San Francisco are from Spring (March to May) and Autumn/Fall (September to November) when the temperature is not too high. During those months, the crowds are tolerable, and it's the best time for outdoor activities as the temperatures are usually pleasant and not too hot.
