I'm having a hard time deciphering what is inclusive for this trip. The flight to Varanasi is that included? And what about the return flight to New Delhi Is that inclusive?

Flights form Khajuraho to Varanasi and Varanasi to New Delhi are not included in the tour price.

I thought your original tour includes airfare in India. Since it does not, can I cancel the trip and get a full refund of the money I paid?

Yes the flight price is not Included in the tour price. Also please note there is 2 flight which is as below: - Khajuraho to Varanasi - Varanasi to New Delhi Price for Both the flight will be AUD 230 / - Per Person

Is departure on the 24th at 12 am possible since that is when our flight is leaving? How much luggage per person can we bring?

Yes its possible to take the flight 24 Feb 12 Am. During the internal flight the baggage is allowed is 15 Kg + 7 Kg Per Person. You have 46 Kg total and when you are taking the flight it would be 45 Kg 1 Kg is manageable. Also note during the trip there are 2 flights which are not included: Flights from Khajuraho to Varanasi and Flights from Varanasi to New Delhi. For both flights will be USD 125 Per Person.

Generally satisfied with services and structure of tour, can’t give 5 stars because one leg should have been an internal flight, but ended up being a long drive because the airline cancelled the flight - we suspect because it was late in the tourist season - which the company should probably have been able to predict.Show more

Amit and his team put together a very special itinerary for us that included the classic Golden Triangle sites along with quieter, more relaxing stopovers in the small gems of places that are Orchha and Khajuraho, before getting back into the assault on the senses that is the incredible Varanasi; finishing off with a great few days in Nepal, in and around Kathmandu. All the guides and drivers were wonderful; knowledgable, attentive, good humoured and a pleasure too be with. They really helped reduce the possible stresses of getting around this crazy country and enabled us to get the most out of what is quite a hectic schedule! The organisation of everything was impeccable and I struggle to imagine how they could have improved on anything in all honestly! Huge thanks to Amit et al for a truly memorable trip!Show more
