We would like to thank each and every member of the ship's staff. Our rooms were clean, spacious, and airy, and the food was delicious every day at every meal. We are grateful to our chef and restaurant manager, Mr. Eşref. Everything on the ship was very well organized and efficient. However, the ship's Wi-Fi system was not very effective. While everything on the ship was so good, the organization and communication of the guides on our daily tours were very poor. We struggled to find the guide for the day every day. None of the guides arrived on time. On the Abu Simbel tour, which we purchased as an extra, the guide couldn't even find us. We only managed to meet briefly in the last 10 minutes through other guides in the area. Nevertheless, thank you for this experience.Show more

The visit to Abu Simbel, for example, involved a total of about 12 hours of transfers for only 1 hour and 30 minutes on site, which did not feel truly worth the effort. In addition, mandatory tips were requested and expected, which is understandable, but the amount was not clearly stated anywhere in advance. Some of the guides did not seem sufficiently prepared to act as professional tour guides and felt more like group assistants. Their level of English was not very high, and friendliness was also limited. At times, it felt as though they were mainly waiting for the final tips, which we usually give anyway. The cabin on the ship was nice—simple but comfortable. The food was quite good, and on Christmas evening a beautiful Christmas dinner was prepared. The tour was very well organized, and everything ran smoothly, making it a truly relaxing and enjoyable trip. A big highlight was our tour guide Mina—he was knowledgeable, friendly, and made the entire journey informative and stress-free. It was great to see his excitement when he told us all the historic importance and the stories behind those sites. He went above and beyond to ensure we understood the history and significance of every site we visited while keeping the pace comfortable. The cruise itself was great—the staff was attentive, and the food was tasty with a good variety. The daily tours were thoughtfully planned and gave us the chance to see some of Egypt’s most iconic temples and landmarks without feeling rushed. Mina even guided and helped on buying Egyptian items and made us aware us where to buy the original items for a good price and helped us with art of bargaining. The Nile cruise was an incredible journey filled with breathtaking scenery, fascinating ancient temples, and relaxing moments on the deck. Our guide Mr.Khaled was knowledgeable and made the history come alive at every stop, from Aswan to Luxor. The staff onboard were friendly, the food was delicious, and the cabins were comfortable. We enjoyed sunsets over the Nile and took countless photos of the stunning views. It was a perfect mix of adventure and relaxation. What made this trip even more special was sharing it with amazing fellow travelers from Australia, Pakistan, Switzerland, Colombia, England, Greek and India.
