  passengers are NOT greeted at the airport. They need to make their own way to the hotel shuttle, which will transfer them to the airport. If you want passengers to be greeted at the airport and then transfered to the hotel, you will need to book the Golden West Adventure - Los Angeles Downtown, which includes pick-up at the airport and transfer to the hotel in Downtown Los Angeles, the Millennium Biltmore.

  I understand all tours would include excursions that are extra. I would like to understand the exact sights that are included in the package as the itinerary description is not clear.
