Total of 10 confirmed travelers. Age range as follows, 1 in 20s, 3 in their 30s, 2 in their 50s and 4 above 70. The 7 September 2025 departure is closed for sale. The next available departure is on 5 October 2025.

Do you support vegetarian dinner?

Yes, we can arrange dietary requirements, including vegetarian meals, based on your preferences. Please let us know your specific needs, and we will ensure these are catered for during your trip.

She has low back/hip discomfort, but can rally to walk for about 2 miles or so. Or, if she's not feeling up for it, she can also opt out. I'm wondering if there are places to sit and rest or what the situation is.

She can, instead of a walker, also use a cane and lean on me if the trail calls for it. She plans to keep up her exercise and train more for this trip. She is 88.

I wanted to ask if it would be possible to join the tour as a tour manager after I book it? And would I get paid for that? Also if I would be able to work for you as a tour manager for your other trips that I don't necessarily organize. Would my flight and hotel be free as well if I come as a tour manager?

At this time, we are unable to accommodate additional tour managers on our scheduled trips, as we already have designated tour leaders assigned to each departure. These leaders are trained specifically for Intrepid's style of travel and itinerary requirements to ensure a consistent experience across all our trips.

What are the approximate distances between restrooms?

On all of our trips even on long distance drives, we make bathroom stops are available every 1.5 to 2 hours. If passengers need to stop sooner than that, and we're in an area safe to stop with bathroom facilities available we are able to do that of course as well.

What happens if I need to change my booking?

Changes can typically be made up to 56 days before departure without incurring change fees.

Can I sign up by myself. The itinerary speaks to options so I wasn't sure if I had to be part of a group. For example on day 2 it offers the option of a boat tour or hike.

For optional activities you are more then welcome to do these on your own, you do not need to be with the group to do them. In some cases we do need a minimum number of at least 4 to participate but that is not the case for this itinerary.
