Bus did not have internet or bathroom Did not know everything would be in two languages. During English explanations, other group would talk loudly which made it difficult to hear. I would pick "English only" tour next time. Hotels were find. Guide was a little disorganized at times. When we got to first hotel to start the tour, no one ever heard of the tour company that we were using. They told us we were at wrong hotel. Usually the group depart in English but if there is no enough travellers in English we are mix the group with the spanish passengers to avoid cancelation for the English passengers.
