The tour sites are amazing! The hotels offered were great. It was an overall great tour. The only complaint/suggestion would be the transportation. For the first few days the transport vehicles were great. The transfer from San Cristobal de las Casas to Palenque was brutal. I understand the road conditions and the weather. But the comfort of the vehicle was horrible. For a long car ride (6+ hours) the van was not the adequate one, seats felt hard after two hours, the space in front was reduced and the van was full, 12 passengers. Another thing was the restaurant we stopped for breakfast. It’s not accommodating for older people or people with limited mobility. There was two flights of stairs to go up the main hall, plus another two flights to the restrooms. I ended up skipping the next day tour due to back pain/soreness from the drive to Palenque. My suggestion would be to select a more comfortable vehicle for that long ride and a restaurant that would be accommodating for people with mobility problems. I only bring the mobility issue up because prior to booking the tour I had inquired with the company regarding the tour and how appropriate it was for someone with limited mobility, they replied by stating it was accommodating. Overall I would recommend this tour, it was great.Show more

Payment information
- For any tour departing before April 21st, 2026 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after April 21st, 2026, a minimum payment of 50% is required to confirm your booking with Otisa. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 40 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
