Atrocious. Spent over 3K on a CostSaver/Trafalgar recommended store, despite it being 500% more than other stores because "we will assist if something goes wrong." Well something has gone wrong, and NO assistance. Over priced tours considering nothing is included, and thus you MUST do the "optionals." No choice as hotels are in the middle of no where. Hotels also lack a lot of facilities and when I queried this, the answer was "we prefer to support small family hotels as they have good service." Ok fine, but I would also like more than toast for brekky, and maybe a decent window in my bedroom. They have also contacted me via socials wanting to post some of my pictures: great. But perhaps also respond to my feedback, one of which actually needs URGENT action.Show more

This is because our tours involve a significant amount of walking and other physical activities, as well as long hours on the road. - For any tour departing before June 19th, 2026 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after June 19th, 2026, a minimum payment of $200 is required to confirm your booking with Trafalgar. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 95 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
- Some departure dates and prices may vary and Trafalgar will contact you with any discrepancies before your booking is confirmed.
- The following cards are accepted for "Trafalgar" tours: Visa, Maestro, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal. TourRadar does NOT charge you an extra fee for using any of these payment methods.
