For our 17JAN2025 departure we have 8 travelers booked so far, age range is 40's - 60's with some travelers under 20. We have 2 solo traverls and the gender mix is 3:5 with more males than females.

What is your cancellation policy?

If you cancel a trip: a) 56 days or more prior to departure, we will hold your deposit amount as a credit (Deposit Credit); b) between 31 and 55 days prior to departure, we charge a cancellation fee of 30% of the total booking cost; c) between 30 and 15 days prior to departure, we charge a cancellation fee of 60% of the total booking cost; d) 14 days or fewer prior to departure, we charge a cancellation fee of 100% of the booking cost.

For tours departing after September 6th, 2026, a minimum payment of $400 is required to confirm your booking with Intrepid Travel. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 60 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
- Some departure dates and prices may vary and Intrepid Travel will contact you with any discrepancies before your booking is confirmed.
