Is there a specific time I need to reach El Calafate Airport? How is possible for solo traveller? any additional charges?

You have to arrive in El Calafate no later tahn 4:30pm. If you are on your own you should book a SINGLE room (only for you with private bathroom). you will not share, unless you can find a room mate.

What are the minimum attendance requirements for a tour to depart?

The minimum requires is 1 person. This is not a group tour, but a small group shared tour where you will get to know different people every day. There is no tour leader and you might get different guides each day.

How soon I should arrive to Argentina if I want to start tour on March 26?

You need to arrive before 3:00pm to have enough time for transfer to your hotel. Then, check-in formalities at the hotel and finally start the excursion Nativo Experience with Dinner around 6:00pm.

Is there an option to share a twin of trip room? I'm a solo traveler but don't want to pay an extra $454 for the accommodation if possible

Unfortunately we do not assign people into rooms that they do not know each other. We do not help people find a person to share the room.

The Tour Company (Signature Tours) that arranged my tour in El Calafate was excellent. Marilda did an excellent job of trying to organize my trip to suite my travel needs. I would highly recommend her services to my friends. There are few things that from making this trip a 5-star. Mother nature , cold and freezing rain did dampen 2 of my long-day tours (And I am not blaming my tour guide for these mishaps). My tour guides were all great, but it's very distracting to listen to bilingual guides. There were several times when questions asked by other tourists are not translated especially if it's relevant to context of what the guide is explaining. I stayed for 5 nights at the Posadas Los Alamos. the hotel staff were nice as well the amenities the hotel had to offer. However, my room (137) is right beside the back entrance door, that's it's not easy to relax in the room when it's constantly banging all day long (until as late as (7:30 PM). Breakfast was good and opens early. I had an early 6:30AM tour pick-up and still had time to enjoy hot coffee and sandwich. Despite the few mishaps, I will still recommend this tour to everyone that plans to come to El Calafate. Marilda (with Signature tours) will try tailor-make and rearrangement to make your trip as comfortable as possible. I will definitely visit Tour Radar in future for any things I think that will fit my needs. I can give this tour a 5-star, but it's definitely between and 4 and 4.5 star experience for me.Show more
