Thank you for your time and feedback Juanita. Thank you for letting us be part of your trip, we are really happy to know you are satisfy with the activity and sure you keep wonderful memories of the places you visited.  As our valued guest, your options not only matters but it also helps us keep improving our services; and I really regret that the staff hotel assigned a noisy room.  For me, it was really a pleasure to organize and handle your trip from the first inquiry. Thank you for your kind words and have a fantastic day!

Is there a specific time I need to reach El Calafate Airport? How is possible for solo traveller? any additional charges?

    Flights / Transfers
    Single supplement
    • Signature DMCOperatorWritten October 2023

You have to arrive in El Calafate no later tahn 4:30pm. If you are on your own you should book a SINGLE room (only for you with private bathroom). you will not share, unless you can find a room mate.

Will there be some sort of a hand over between one guide to another? I mean from one location to the next where were will have a different guide; how do I identify who is the guide for the group? also in the online form there is two options "Group Tour" or "Private Tour"? Where do I indicate single booking? $2300 is all inclusive from the point of airport pick up and drop off? Final question, should there be some reason flight got delay or something; how do I contact the person that will do the pick up?

    • Signature DMCOperatorWritten October 2023

All services are well organized; do not worry about that. Upon arrival at local airport, the driver-guide or guide will be waiting for you at the arrival hall with a sign with your name on it. For the excursions, you need to wait at hotel lobby area. The local guide will ask for you at the reception desk. When you click on book, you need to confirm the dates. Then, you have to fill up all details: 1. How many are travelling? 2. Select accommodation you must choose Single traveller 3. Add Traveller details 4. Tour Radar Saving 5. Add Payment Details. After that, BOOK 1 space. U$D 2,750 in Single room. Internal flights are not included. After booking the program, you will receive a voucher itinerary with all contacts in case you need it.

Unfortunately we do not assign people into rooms that they do not know each other. We do not help people find a person to share the room.
