★★★★☆ The tour was a very enjoyable experience. Jonathan, our guide, was super helpful, professional, and knowledgeable, and provided valuable insights into the history and culture of this amazing country. There are just a few areas where the tour company could improve communication. For example, it was not clear before booking that luggage would not automatically be transported between hotels and that additional arrangements and costs might be required. Jonathan helped organize this for us. On previous tours, I was used to having a dedicated bus for the group during the tour. I had no issue with the arrangements used on this tour or the additional costs involved, but I would have preferred to know this before booking. We were told this would be explained during the briefing, but due to exceptional circumstances, the briefing took place by phone on the first day. Overall, it was a great and enjoyable trip.

We experienced a fantastic holiday, thanks to Cristian of Hi Travel agency. He used his thorough knowledge of Argentina and Chile to create an itinerary that perfectly suited our needs to see the special sights. Cristian listened to our inputs, then put together a package to include accommodation, bus and boat tours, car and bicycle rentals, hotel transfers, etc, etc. We pushed the "easy button" to avoid complex organizational arranging, and are absolutely happy with our vacation.

Female traveling alone from Salta>Ushuaia. All but 2 hostels (Ushuaia, Mendoza) were excellent, all the buses were incredibly comfortable (considering all night and long), and all the day tours were wonderful. I utterly enjoyed the trip. The help that I received from the tour company was great and they were very accommodating. I can only recommend this tour.
