What is the refund policy if I purchase the tour and cannot travel due to personal reasons? Is it possible to transfer the reservation to another person?

Upon purchasing the tour, the standard cancellation policy would apply. Clients can cancel at any time. The cancellation will be effected at the time that cityofsultans.com receives a written request from the Client and the following cancellation charges will apply. More than 42 days prior to departure, 10% of the total tour price. Between 42 and 29 days prior to departure, 25% of the total tour price. Between 28 and 14 days prior to departure, 50% of the total tour price. Less than 14 days prior to departure, no refund is given. Also, we can proceed with a tour transfer if the client decides to transfer while there is more than 42 days to departure.

On the last day May 25 what time does the plane arrive back to Istanbul. Because we have a 2pm flight we have to make on the same day from Istanbul to Los Angeles USA

I am traveling after I leave Turkey and my travel agent is wondering what time I will arrive in Istanbul from Cappadocia to see if I need to stay another night there or can I just wait at the airport until my next flight to Rome. About how many people will be in a group in October on average?

The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 60 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
