How do I book for an optional balloon? Does it mean I have to stay for another night?

All hot air balloon flights operate at sunrise, so they will not affect your daily tour schedule. They can be booked for either your second or third morning. After you make your reservation, we can book it for you, or you're welcome to book it yourself, of course. Please note that prices vary depending on the month.

What time can we expect to arrive at the airport after the full tour on day 3 for our return flight to Istanbul?

Your tours will take place on the second and third days. On the third day, after the tour finishes around 4:30–5:00 PM, we will transfer you to the airport. Based on this timing, we recommend booking an evening flight (any time after 7:00 PM). Alternatively, if you would prefer to stay an additional night, we can either arrange one more night of accommodation for you or you may book it independently. Please note that your package includes one arrival and one departure airport transfer, so you are welcome to depart on the third day or later—whichever suits your travel plans.

Is it in Goreme as I would like the hotel in Goreme?

Our hotel is located in Urgup, Meleklerevi Cave hotel, not in the Goreme

How much is the hot air balloon ride?

We can arrange hot air baloon after your booking. The price is 250 USD per person including pick up and drop off.

I want to visit Cappadocia for 3 days or 2 days, mainly covering hot air balloon and horse riding. Also having a hotel where best view can be made possible with the balloons in the background because i am planning a proposal.

3 Days Cappadocia City Break w/cave hotel+optional balloon is one of our best seller cappadocia package that includes 2 guided tours that covers top visited sites of Cappadocia. The tour includes 2 airport transfers and will be provided by us. The hotel will be used for this service is 'Melekler Evi cave' and the hotel can be upgraded to 'Dere Suites' at the additional cost of 190 USD (total for 2 people for 2 nights). Balloon Flights can be added to the itinerary at the additional cost of 250 USD per person included pick up and drop off. Flights take place early in the morning and do not affect standard schedules. There are limited spots for the flights that's why reservation should be done in advance to secure your spot. Horse riding in Cappadocia can be added to the itinerary at the additional cost of 50 USD per person included pick up and drop off. The ride take place several times during the day, it can be arranged on your arrival day (according to your arrival time).

  Is it a good idea to stay in Cappadocia for 7 days? 3 days tour and 4 days to explore and perhaps balloon etc. Can this package accommodate this?

  Yes, it's certainly possible. However, we recommend adding one more day tour to include the Ihlara Valley area. After that, you wouldn't necessarily need to arrange more tours—you could explore on your own or join activities such as quad bike safaris, horseback riding, or camel safaris on the remaining days. Seven days might feel a bit long; five days is usually enough to enjoy the region comfortably. That said, if you would like to stay longer, of course we can arrange it for you.
