What an amazing experience. My son and I visited all the ancient sites in Egypt and Jordan and it was completed with knowledgeable and friendly tour guides, taking all the uncertainty and hassle away from us. We were met at the airport (air side) by a representative who took us through the security/visa system and into the waiting mini-bus. The hotels we stayed at were of a high standard and we had the same mini-bus/driver throughout each country which gave us a familiarity and a good level of peace-of-mind when leaving any baggage there during the day excursions. I picked this expedition as not only did it 'tick' all the Egypt main sites but we also got to visit Jordan - two for one! And our tour guides were fantastic, very knowledgeable (with top qualifications in their fields) but they also had a good control on the tour and did all of this in a warm and friendly manner. I would certainly use Expat again for our future holidays. Thank you!Show more

  as I mentioned some of these are covered on my credit card or through my company benefits, are you looking for actual documents indicating i have all of the requirements? Some of what you are asking would be purchased through the airline, is there a reason why trip cancellation or lost luggage is required for you as a tour operator? I don't understand why that would be important

  Once you have a confirmed booking, you will be asked to fill out an Important Passenger Information (IPI) form. That is where you will be asked to provide a Policy Number for your Travel Insurance, as well as the contact information. The reason why travelers are required to have a Travel Insurance is because in our Terms and Conditions, last minute changes or cancellations will have either an Amendment or Cancellation fee that could be up to 100% of the tour cost. Having Travel Insurance that provides coverage for Trip Cancellations or Disruptions (customers leaving the tour early due to any reason) will allow you to have a way to recoup any financial losses for the payments made to the tour by filing a claim through your insurance provider.
