    In the event that you make a reservation and then request its cancellation, we must apply our cancellation policies. Even if your reason for cancellation is the denial of your visa, we must charge the corresponding penalty.

Since we depend on situations outside our control like the evolution of the pandemic, vaccination rates and border policies set by each country, we evaluate our destinations week by week in order to make a decision whether to operate it or not. Additionally, we strongly recommend that you find out beforehand all requirements and restrictions you may have to comply in order to enter the countries you plan to visit to avoid any setback, for we will not be held liable should any entry impediments should arise during your trip.
