To know details of the circuits for the year 2025, we could know it in the month of November 2024. We will inform you as soon as the new season 2025 is available. Our regular departures are operating with a minimum of two passengers, the most flexible policy of any major tour operator. However, please keep in mind that at this date we still cannot guarantee the operation for your chosen departure. Since we depend on situations outside our control like the evolution of the pandemic, vaccination rates and border policies set by each country, we evaluate our destinations week by week in order to make a decision whether to operate it or not. We strongly recommend that you find out beforehand all requirements and restrictions you may have to comply in order to enter the countries you plan to visit to avoid any setback.

Due to the global nature of Europamundo, groups may be bilingual based on the number of passengers, and services may be provided in bilingual (usually in English and Spanish). This can involve either two tour leaders, one for each language, or a single tour leader explaining in both languages. All our guides possess an English certificate of at least B2 (Upper intermediate) to ensure a smooth flow of the tour and to guarantee that they can actively engage in conversations with passengers, express themselves fluently, and narrate histories. Payment information
- For any tour departing before November 7th, 2026 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after November 7th, 2026, a minimum payment of $125 is required to confirm your booking with Europamundo. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 50 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
- Some departure dates and prices may vary and Europamundo will contact you with any discrepancies before your booking is confirmed.
- The following cards are accepted for "Europamundo" tours: Visa, Maestro, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal. TourRadar does NOT charge you an extra fee for using any of these payment methods.
