Due to the global nature of Europamundo, groups may be bilingual based on the number of passengers, and services may be provided in bilingual (usually in English and Spanish). This can involve either two tour leaders, one for each language, or a single tour leader explaining in both languages. All our guides possess an English certificate of at least B2 (Upper intermediate) to ensure a smooth flow of the tour and to guarantee that they can actively engage in conversations with passengers, express themselves fluently, and narrate histories.
