There are spaces for Machupicchu circuit 2 for 1 or 2pm, and there are still spaces for circuit 4 in the morning.

Is Air fair included?

Air fairs (International and national) are not included.

Do I fly directly into Cuzco or fly into Lima?

To come to Cusco you will have to go to Lima first, there are no direct flights to Cusco. From Lima to Cusco you can check flights with LATAM, Sky Airlines, JetSmart or Viva Air
