  Our Guide Kadar Inform that “Mardi Himal trek was accessed only by limited trekking groups with tents and catering team for long time.” also he informs that “the trek follows beaten trails of shepherds as it still provides summer grazing. The trek was officially opened in 2012 and is still pristine.” Now’s Days There are limited teahouses with basic facilities. This is a short relatively easy and unspoiled trek not far from Pokhara. Yet it is highly diverse with cultural insight, beautiful forest walks and alpine landscape. As the trail mostly stays along the ridge, the altitude gain becomes more gradual.   There is one famous quote ‘Heaven is Myth but Nepal is real’ which I totally agree. Mardi Himal trek is one of the best option for those who have less time but yet wants to take the adventure to the fullest. It was one of the best decision that I chose Trek Nepal Himalayas for this trek. This company is highly professional and take a very good care to their clients during the trek. They use a very good and knowledgeable guide Jagan and porters who are able to feel that we are in a safe hands. We equally enjoyed all the moments during the trek and they helped us in every way throughout the trip. Jagan and his team are one of the best team. Hotels in Kathmandu and Pokhara are very good and comfortable as well as same with the tea houses in the trail. Food selection was great and is so much delicious. From receiving at airport till the drop off at airport was perfectly arranged. We definitely recommend this agency to our friends and also will request for those who are planning to come for trekking in Nepal. I will again come back next time and choose this company for the Langtang Valley trek or Manaslu Circuit trek.Show more

  I had a fantastic time trekking with Kedar, with it being off season and many treks closed due to snow, he taylored a perfect 8 days for me while still being flexible to changes. Communication was easy and got to learn and experience lots about the land, it’s people and culture. Even before and after the trek he offered organizing and advising on what’s nice to do.Show more

  We had mixed experience of thrilling Mardi Himal Base Camp Trek. The trail was pleasant & view of Machhapurchee (Fishtail), Annapurna south (7219 M), Annapurna III, Gangapurna, Himchuli & other neighbor mountain ranges were mind-blogging. It was more uphill up to Mardi Himal Base camp the place where we started our first-day trekking. We took a 4wd from Pokhara to Nayapul. Then we started to trek Ghorepani Poon hill for the sunrise experience. Early in the morning, the weather was cloudy when we started to hike poon hill 3210m but were lucky to capture an overwhelmingly impressive mountain view. We were able to see Dhaulagiri I, II, III, Nilgiri, Bharasikhar, Annapurna South, Annapurna I, Tukuche Peak, Machhapurche, Himchuli from Poon Hill. From Poon Hill, we started to trek our next destination Mardi Himal. We stay in Lower Camp, & High Camp Before reaching Mardi Himal Camp. Our Guide Dhurba has enough knowledge about the culture, tradition, flora & Fauna, & Himalayan vista. Also, great humor to entertain when we were tired. Really, great experience with Trek Nepal Himalayas Team. I can recommend Trek Nepal Himalayas without hesitating because the coordination of guide and Badri with us was amazing.Show more
