On this tour, your visit to the Black Forest will last approximately 30 minutes. While the stop is relatively brief, it is designed to give you time to enjoy the scenery, stretch your legs, and capture plenty of photos of the picturesque landscapes. The Black Forest is known for its dense woodlands, charming villages, and traditional craftsmanship, so you'll have opportunities for memorable snapshots. Can my clients arrive in Frankfurt at 6 pm and still join the tour that starts on May 2nd? Also, is it possible to stay in Munich and not do the full round tour?

Do you go on The High Speed Train to berlin? Or is it all Bus?

There will be Rhine Valley Cruise on Day 2. The rest of the destinations will be travelled via Motorcoach. There will be no train as mode of transport for this tour.

All of the localised Tour experts for each of cities were also amazing 👏 We also met some wonderful people within our tour group and it was hard to say goodbye to them at the end. Amy was full of knowledge about this beautiful country & I really enjoyed listening to the history of the country & the passion she bought to the tour. The hotels were great, although no air con can be quite challenging when it's a hot day, but so many European hotels are similar - so more just something to note. I do wish we spent more time away from the major cities & was able to explorer more of the regional parts of Germany e.g. Black Forest, Rothenberg etc. Overall such an incredible time in Germany & would absolutely use Trafalgar again.Show more

They can still join the tour that evening or next morning, but we recommend arriving earlier to fully participate in Day 1 activities. Regarding staying in Munich, clients may choose to remain there, but the trip cost remains the same regardless of tour completion.

Payment information
- For any tour departing before November 13th, 2026 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after November 13th, 2026, a minimum payment of $200 is required to confirm your booking with Trafalgar. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 95 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
- Some departure dates and prices may vary and Trafalgar will contact you with any discrepancies before your booking is confirmed.
- The following cards are accepted for "Trafalgar" tours: Visa, Maestro, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal. TourRadar does NOT charge you an extra fee for using any of these payment methods.
