Too much, too early, too forced march! I think a better tour would be to to spend 3 days in each of 4 regions and offer optional day trips in a radial fashion. For example: Black Forest Baveria East/Berlin Central. Hamburg is a waste of time

Are entrance tickets to tour sites like river cruise, Berlin TV Tower included in the tour price?

    • TrafalgarOperatorWritten June 2025

If your clients arrive in Frankfurt at 6:00 PM, they will miss the group's welcome meeting and orientation tour which begins around 4:00 PM. They can still join the tour that evening or next morning, but we recommend arriving earlier to fully participate in Day 1 activities. Regarding staying in Munich, clients may choose to remain there, but the trip cost remains the same regardless of tour completion.

    • TrafalgarOperatorWritten June 2025

Some included activities will feature entrance tickets, while others are sightseeing experiences without entry fees. Optional experiences are available throughout the tour and can be purchased directly from the Travel Director using local currency or credit cards.

Why does the 12 day tour cost so much more than the 15? When we have free time, will there be someone for me to walk about with? I don't want to be in a foreign city alone.

    • TrafalgarOperatorWritten February 2025

Regarding your concerns about exploring while on tour, please note that this is a guided tour, and you will be traveling and sightseeing with the group. However, during the free time, guests typically explore the city on their own. If you make friends during the tour, you can certainly join them or encourage them to explore together. As for the food, the tour may also feature traditional German cuisine, allowing you to experience the local culture of the countries you will be visiting. Additionally, hotels often serve a variety of international dishes, so guests from all over the world can enjoy a range of options.
