Firstly, I want to express gratitude to the operator who was always helpful with her consistent assistance. It was enjoyable to experience 3-day trek across the northern region if Sapa and eat the beautiful food provided for breakfast, lunch and dinner. However, the reason I gave 3 starts is because there are some areas a for improvement: providing a detailed daily schedule so the customer does not need to ask the operator for important information, adjusting activities based on the season, and enhancing guides' English proficiency so as a customer you can get a better insight of the extraordinary uniqueness of the region and their people. Overall, it was a great experience and the two homestays with warm and friendly families were priceless ♥️Show more

Was a very good trip with a darling and knowledgeable guide—yen. I couldn’t have done it without her. But it is definitely hard terrain (steep, rocks, slippery), especially in the rain. Suggest hiking sticks and proper waterproof boots (hiking shoes won’t work). Second homestay was uncomfortable. Obviously, we want to experience real life in villages of Sapa, but the room and bathroom were not clean, the sheets were not washed (textured stains), the bathroom was not clean and had many bugs, mosquitos and reptiles in it because of no window screen in bathroom. Not enough access to food when burning this many calories!!!!Show more

Payment information
- For any tour departing before April 10th, 2026 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after April 10th, 2026, a minimum payment of 20% is required to confirm your booking with Nhat Long Travel Company. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 60 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
