    1. On Day 1, does the tour begin at 8 am or at 1 pm? The tour description shows both. 2. Is it possible to get twin beds in the hotel rooms? 3. Is it possible to have hotel room with NO feathers? I am very allergic to feathers/down. 4. If our flight arrives at 12:45 am, should we book a hotel room for an extra night? If so, should I do it through you to ensure we will be at the same hotel as the rest of the group?

      - Tour start time on Day 1: On Day 1, the tour begins at 1:00 p.m.
      - Rooms with two single beds: Yes, this option is available; in fact, it is the configuration that is generally offered.
      - Room without feathers/duvets: This depends on your confirmation. Once you let us know your request, we will ensure that your room is prepared according to your needs.
      - Arrival at 00:45 and additional night reservation: It is important to mention that you will indeed need to book that additional night, as hotel policies require this to access your rooms so early. Regarding whether this night should be booked through us, that depends on your preference. We have contacts with hotels of 3-star category and above, so if you wish, we can provide the approximate costs per person to help you decide.

      Regarding the hotel, if you dont want that we included the hotels, the discount will be 40 USD per person and per night, in this case you have included ti nights, for this reason the totatly aumount will be 80 USD.

      Is there a removal of cost for the train, if I'm paying $75 for the Vistadome train? Can you put an itinerary together for me and an end price please?

      The 75 dollars is only for the return trip. If you want a round trip, it would be 150 dollars per person. There is no discount because the train service is not removed, there is only an upgrade. If you remove the Hotel from the package we discount $40 per night and per person.

      When does the price change on my quote, if I'm not using the accommodation in Cusco? I have tried booking this and the price is still quoting the accommodation and not the train travel.

      The platform will not allow you to make changes, those changes would have to be made directly by our system. The rate is $650 per person, you have included one night in Cusco and another in Aguas Calientes. Each night it will be $40, for the 2 it would make a total of $80. Which would give us $650 - $80 = $570 per person.

    We are planning to do this 3 day tour JULY 19/20/21 2024. We have accommodation booked in CUSCO on the 19th and 21st July but would like tour accommodation on 20th July in Agua Callientes. Is this possible and what would the adjusted price be per person?

      Regarding your questions about the hotel: Hotels are included in this tour with one evening in Cusco and one evening in Aguas Calientes. We can easily add extra nights before or after the tour if needed. Rooms are based on double or triple occupancy. There is a surcharge for a single room. Upgraded hotels are always possible. We can also book the tour without any hotels if you prefer to book them on your own.
