Is it possible to just do the cruise from Trier to Bamberg?

It's usually no problem to embark late or disembark early but it must always be approved by the operator, of course, and may not be available at all docking locations. However, please note, the operator's do not offer any discounts in these cases and the full rate for the full cruise would still be applicable.

How many days in Prague and are their guided tours?

Unfortunately, due to regional contractual restrictions set in place by Viking, we are currently only able to sell Viking cruise products to Australian or New Zealand travelers. We have searched through our cruise itineraries and have selected alternative options for you to consider.

You advertise a tour from Paris to Prague but all I can see is Trier to Bamberg? Please explain.

On the 12 day version of this trip they have a land tour portion on top of the 8 days on the cruise that sees you in Paris for the first 2 nights and then Prague on the last 2 to make this a 12 day trip.

For tours departing after November 18th, 2026, a minimum payment of $0 is required to confirm your booking with Viking Cruises. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 125 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
- The following cards are accepted for "Viking Cruises" tours: Visa, Maestro, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal. TourRadar does NOT charge you an extra fee for using any of these payment methods.
