Itinerary
- Day 1
Kakadu National Park
Start your morning with a jumping crocodile cruise on the Adelaide River where you'll get close views of over 1,600 crocodiles. After that, head into Kakadu National Park to experience one of Australia's most varied landscapes. You'll have lunch somewhere in the park, then visit the Marrawudli Art Gallery to see local artwork. Later, climb up to the Ubirr lookout where you can see ancient Aboriginal rock art and views across the wetlands below. If you're interested, there's an optional scenic flight available for an extra cost.

- Day 2
Katherine
This morning, check out Nourlangie Rock art site, which holds some of Kakadu's most important Aboriginal galleries with rock art dating back around 20,000 years. Stop by the Warradjan Cultural Centre afterward to learn how the Bininj people live and their traditions. In the afternoon, take a cruise on Yellow Water Billabong where thousands of saltwater crocodiles live, plus you'll see roughly 60 bird species. Then travel toward Katherine and stop at Leliyn (Edith Falls) where you can swim in the natural pool right at the base of the falls.

- Day 3
Darwin
Start the day with a cruise through Nitmiluk (Katherine) Gorge, a network of 13 gorges cut from billion-year-old sandstone with freshwater crocodiles and lots of bird activity. Visit the Nitmiluk Visitor Centre to see the Display Centre and Heritage Museum. From there, continue on to Pine Creek, a historic gold mining town worth a quick look around. Stop at the Adelaide River War Cemetery before heading back to Darwin to finish your tour.
